Speaking with a professional counselor can help ease burdens, and asking for help is a great sign of strength and growth.

The counselors at the Samaritan Pastoral Counseling Center help people with difficulties including:

• Anger, depression, or guilt
• Marital or parenting challenges
• Grief caused by health issues, chronic pain, loneliness or the loss of loved one
• Children and youth having trouble in school, home or church
• Any other issues that interfere with living a rewarding, fulfilling life.

In addition we provide:

• Consultation for clergy, congregations, and physicians
• Education, training, speakers & workshops for congregations and other groups
• Workshops and presentations tailored to meet specific needs (call for details)

Fees:

Our counseling fees are $90 per one hour session, but we charge on a sliding scale, ability to pay basis with some fees as low as $50 per one hour session.

Additionally, generous support from Western New York churches, foundations, businesses and individuals supports targeted "scholarship" funds for people who cannot afford our $50 minimum. Please call our office to see if you qualify.

Workshop and consulting fees are generally $75 per hour.
